• Thorough wiping, dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming and mopping of all surfaces, sinks, tubs, toilets, and floors (baseboards vacuumed)

• All rooms tidied and beds made

  (Please provide clean sheets for beds that need changed.)

• Kitchen cabinets spot cleaned and outer appliances wiped clean

• Interior and exterior of microwave cleaned

• Windows spot cleaned

Move Out/In Clean

• All Deep Cleaning Chores

• Cleaning the interior and exterior of oven, refrigerator, and microwave

• Thorough cleaning of interior and exterior kitchen cabinets and drawers

• Thorough cleaning of interior and exterior bathroom cabinets and drawers
  

DEEP CLEAN

• All basic cleaning chores

• Fan blades vacuumed and/or wiped

• Blind slats vacuumed and/or wiped

• Baseboards vacuumed and wiped of markings

• Windows spot cleaned of marks and smudges
  

  
  

Extra Services

• Folding Laundry $20 per hour

• Emptying and cleaning Fridge $20

• Cleaning Stove Interior $20

• Significant Amount of Dishes $20

The more able we are to get to surfaces, the more time we can spend making sure they’re squeaky clean!

• Organize surfaces and clear of clutter and trash

• Start sheets in wash / Have clean sheets out on bed

• Put dishes away or in dishwasher

• Free floors from clutter and trash

*Cancellation Policy*

• Less than 24 Hours until 6 pm Evening Prior = 25%

• After 6 pm Evening Before Service = 50%

• If cleaners arrive and cannot access the home or begin the service, the client is responsible for the full fee. Fees ensure that staff receives compensation for lost work.
